  • Enjoy cooking in Spain

    A lot of you buy our products to use in Spanish recipes. We hear continuously how much you enjoy cooking. How would you enjoy learning to make some delicious Spanish dishes directly in the country where they were born?

    We have recently come across some fantastic courses run by Annie B in the south of Spain. Set in the beautiful town of Vejer de la Frontera, Annie’s courses do not only teach to make the dishes, but also immerse visitors fully in Spanish culinary culture. Visits to local Sherry vineyards, local shops where you will buy the ingredients for yourselves… even being Spanish we cannot help but feel tempted to give them a try!

    We bumped into this Jamie Oliver’s recipe on YouTube today where he uses our very own Sherry Vinegar! He even speaks about bellota ham & how to spot a good one.
